Stacked Yoga:   7pm to 8:15pm Basics and 8:45pm to 9:45pm (Restorative Yoga)

Thursday:

Stacked Yoga:    10am to 11am yin/yang

Friday:

Stacked Yoga: 12:00pm to 1:15pm (Vinyasa Open Level)

Sunday:

Stacked Yoga: 10:00am to 11:15am (Restorative Yoga)
