Yoga of the Elements: Be like Water @STACKED YOGA

TIME: 1:30pm and 3:30pm
In this workshop, we will explore what it means to let go of control and flow. We will have a luscious sequence that will leave your body feeling nice, restore and renew. Restore your body with a restorative practice focusing on shoulders and hips.
This is a two hour workshop. Every first Saturday we will featured a yoga flow with the elements in mind.. 
Please bring journal and pens and water!
